Natascha moved into the consultancy and executive search sector in 1999 after many years of experience in marketing and public relations and after completing business studies. Her introduction to executive search was in the information technology sector (European Recruitments & Partner) and then followed experience of the automotive and engineering fields (Leaders Trust International). Since 2004 she has put her focus on the fashion, retail, sport and lifestyle areas. After several years as partner in the firm Capeo Consulting AG she established BENDIXEN CONSULTING in 2007.

Following her training as designer at the Esmod fashion academy in Munich in 1993, Lavinia joined the editorial team responsible for magazines published by the Burda group. 
In 2000 she went independent as stylist for international photography assignments for a range of print publications.
 
Bringing with her seventeen years of experience in various sectors of the fashion industry, in July 2011 she joined the Bendixen Consulting team, taking on the role of assistant to the management and research consultant.

After graduating from the University of Osnabrueck Julia Ortmann started her career by working in the information technology sector in both marketing and public relations roles. Thereafter her first steps towards consulting were made at a big online comparison portal located in Munich.

In 2015 she moved to BENDIXEN CONSULTING where she was introduced to executive search and will be focusing in the fields of research, identity and database management.
